Changing name servers in Bigrock is simple compared to GoDaddy. First thing first login to your BigRock domain control panel. Bigrock has two options currently for logging into your control panel as below which are customer and reseller and by default reseller is selected which cause login failure. I personally faced this issue many times. 🙂 Just a warning!
1. After logging into your account click on Manage order-> List/Search orders as shown in below image
2.Then you will see list of products click on your domain name as shown in below image
3.After clicking on your domain name you will see name servers option click on it as shown in below image
4.Once you will click on name servers option a popup will appear as below.
5.Enter name servers which you received through email and click on update name servers.
Important Note: We have multiple servers and your name servers are exactly the same as above is not guaranteed. Please check email and change your name servers accordingly.
And that’s it for changing name servers. You can verify name server changes using Intodns
Please note that name server change may take 24-48 hours. If you are seeing that your name server is changed but still you are not able to access your website then please try to surf using Proxy it can be because of caches and all and it will start working on your local desktop or mobile very soon.
You can also try running ipconfig/flushdns command from cmd if you are using windows and then try to surf in private window in browser.
