I am not able to access my website

There can be few causes of these problem and solutions for this problem depends upon cause. Here are most common reasons why you are not able to access your website after just purchasing new web hosting service.

1. Check Name Servers

You have to ensure that you are using correct name servers. You can check your name servers using IntoDNS . Please check email for name servers information and if you are not able to find email in inbox then please check your spam.

Important Note: We have multiple servers and your name servers may be different than above. You have to match name servers with email which you received from us.

 

2. Invalid Domain Name

It is possible that you have provided invalid domain name while placing order. Please double check your domain name. 3. DNS Caches or browsing caches

It is possible that, you are not able to browser your website because of caches. Try to surf your website using Proxy. If it is working fine in proxy then you have to wait for sometime or if you are using windows then open your cmd and type ipconfig/flushdns command. After running this command clear your browsing data and try to surf your website using private tab.

4. Your IP may be blocked for security reasons

We have security system which may block your IP address if you pass several login attempts or you may try to access website URL with port number which isn’t allowed or opened in this server.
